Elizabeth's 5th Birthday

(Just to warn you - I lied when I said my last post was my longest ever!)
So we had Elizabeth's 5th birthday party on Saturday, the day before her actual birthday. She wanted a doll party - she is very into playing with babies so I wasn't too sure about what to do for the party, but we came up with a few things!
I forgot to take many pictures around the house of the decorations so this is the table after I gave out the favors. The whole table was lined with the boxes that were filled with pink m&m's and doll necklaces for the kid's favors.
A little closer of the boxes and doll necklaces.
Here's the kitchen and the cakes.
The mantel and all the presents.
Here's one of the cakes - a doll house of course!

Here's the doll to go with the doll house - too bad she was as big as the house!
We ended up having the party mostly outside because the weather was beautiful. A couple of the kids from Elizabeth's class were able to come to the party so she was very excited. Here is Elizabeth and her friend Bennett from school.
Elizabeth and Bailee - a playgroup friend.
Elizabeth and Emily - another friend from school.
Elizabeth and Maci - another friend.I had 3 activities set up outside for the kids to do if they chose. Making necklaces for themselves and their baby, making birthday crowns for themselves and their baby, and making magnets. It worked out well just having them set up for the kids to do on their own time - it's hard for me to get that many kids organized to do an activity together.

Our friend Jane playing in the sandbox.

We also had our bounce house set up for the kids to play in.

My friend Joanne and Jackson. (She'll be having her 3rd baby girl about 9 days after this party!)
Zachary playing in the sandbox.
Cooper looking so cute!

Josh in the bounce house,
and Drew hanging out!

Amelia looking so precious!

After all the crafts and playing outside the kids ate lunch.

We then headed inside for presents!

Ben and Cooper were having a great time goofing around on the steps.

The girls are all so sweet watching Elizabeth open presents - they just watched and took it all in. That's Elizabeth with her friends Ashlynn and Jane.
Elizabeth and her daddy.
Me and Elizabeth

Doesn't that head look like of crazy on the TV behind me?
This picture was taken in the evening when we had the family over for dinner and presents. I didn't take any pictures besides this though!
The next morning was Elizabeth's birthday. We waited to give her our presents in the morning.

I made her a real life doctors kit, which she is loving playing with.
Ben must have an owie! :)
She really wanted to go play putt putt for her birthday. She's wearing the outfit Grandma B gave her that matches her new bitty babies.

Ben had such a great time at putt putt - he ran around the whole time putting it in over and over again.

We tried over and over again to get her to hold the club correctly. She finally was able to at the end of the day.

This is how she did it for the first half of the day - not very accurate!

Ben figured it out pretty quickly.
Our cute kids!
We then went inside to play video games. Over half of them were out of order so we ended up being done pretty quickly :) Air hockey was a favorite,

and doesn't Ben look cool on the skateboard!?! He would run from far away and jump on it. He's such a dare devil!
We had such a wonderful weekend. Our little girl is a big 5 year old now!!

Adorable adorable! I absolutely loved your cute flower box favors and doll necklaces. You should have done a close-up of how cute they were. The doll cake and doll house cake were so precious. Especially the doll house cake. So so cute. The kids had a great time at all of the activities (although once Cooper saw the bouncehouse that's all he would do!). Can't believe Elizabeth is five years old. Crazy crazy. It was a great day and we had a wonderful time!

Whew..... I am tired just looking at all the pictures, I cannot imagine how you must have felt after that weekend. Looks like E had a wonderful birthday. With all kinds of parties, how could a girl not have fun, right?! I just can't believe she is 5. It seems like yesterday I was there for her 1st b-day. She is really looking grown up. Miss you all.
